Who Is He?

Brian Rabinovitz, is a business advisor who works with companies ranging in revenue from well funded, pre-revenue businesses to companies with international operations and revenue in excess of $500 million. His passion of working with entrepreneurs and early stage companies led to the creation of Proactive Professional Solutions, Inc.

Through his strategic relationships, he assists companies in accounting and tax areas, as well as providing various consulting services including business management, due diligence, assisting with mergers and acquisitions activities, and helping companies obtain financing and capital.

Brian has spent the previous 20 years in Public Accounting with diverse industry concentrations including companies in e-commerce, technology, manufacturing, apparel, financial services, wholesale/retail, entertainment and service industries.
