Brian Rabinovitz achieves CM&AA certification - the "gold standard"
for middle market corporate financial advisors

Los Angeles--December 10, 2008 - CM&AA certification has been granted to Brian Rabinovitz,
CPA, principal and business advisor at Stonefield Josephson, a California-based certified public
accounting firm. In the first and only advanced, national educational certificate program of its
kind for business leaders and advisory professionals, the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition
Advisors (AM&AA) has partnered with Loyola University Chicago's Executive Education to offer
this certification in the middle marketplace arena of mergers and acquisitions.
