The Original Mixer was founded by Brian Rabinovitz, CPA, CM&AA, President of Proactive Professional Solutions, Inc.  A business planning and strategic development consulting firm based in Los Angeles, California, Proactive Professional Solutions specializes in all aspects of accounting, as well as providing various consulting services including business management, due diligence, assisting with mergers and acquisitions activities, and helping companies obtain financing and capital through traditional and non-traditional means including private placements.
